Preorder Processing Time
All Pretty Little Layers hair bundles are currently available on a preorder basis.
Our estimated preorder processing time is 3–5 business days. This allows us to receive your bundles, inspect them, and prepare your order for shipment or local delivery.
Processing times may vary due to product availability, holidays, or unexpected delays. Customers will be notified if an order is delayed, along with any applicable options.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Standard Shipping
Once your preorder has been processed, your bundles will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days after processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customers in eligible Detroit and surrounding areas may qualify for our 313 Pretty Girl Express local delivery service.
Local delivery fee: $7.99
Delivery radius: Approximately 6 miles from our fulfillment location
Preorder processing: 3–5 business days
Local delivery: Typically within 1 business day after your bundles are received and prepared
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to coordinate your delivery.
Local delivery eligibility is determined at checkout based on your delivery address and service availability.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: Approximately 6–10 business days total, including preorder processing and shipping transit.
313 Pretty Girl Express: Approximately 4–6 business days total for eligible local orders.
